The warranty agreement lies with the specific supplier involved and not with Solomons Lifestyle as a store. The warranty applies only to the original owner and is not transferable. ( proof of purchase has to be provided on presentation of the claim ). The supplier will replace the defective product with a product of a quality or nature and a similar level will repair or refund the purchase price (after the presentation of the proof of purchase of the product), in its sole discretion. Non-defective components are replaced at your expense. In such a case, we will contact you before replacing the non-defective part for your agreement. The warranty does not cover any labor charges for part replacement or changeover. The client is responsible for shipping costs of the product to and from Solomons Lifestyle. If the client is willing to take the product to the nearest local dealer they are welcome to do so for warranty purposes.
